    What payment methods do you offer?

    You can pay for Mevspace service using bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Zonda or BitPay.

    Where can I check my invoices?

    An electronic invoice is available in the Customer Panel in the Invoices tab.

    How can I perform a payment through PayPal?

    To do that, you should choose the PayPal payment method available on the list on the pro-forma invoice or directly when making your order.

    How can I change the data on the invoice?

    To do that, contact us at info@mevspace.com.

    What is the billing period?

    The billing period is, respectively: month, quarter, half a year or year.

    How can I download a VAT invoice?

    To do this, you need to log in to the Customer Panel, where by clicking on the Invoices tab you can find the electronic versions of your invoices that can be downloaded.

    How do I extend the validity of my server?

    A server is extended automatically upon payment of the proforma invoice. This invoice is issued one week before the server expires.

    What should I do if I forget my password to the Customer Panel?

    In this situation, we recommend using the option I don't remember my password, the system will send a link to the e-mail address provided by you during registration, which allows you to set a new password.

    Can the billing period be extended or decreased?

    You can do so by contacting us via the contact form, which can be found here or by writing to info@mevspace.com.
