How to install Windows 10 with KVM?

This method works on dedicated servers offered by Mevspace.
Attention: To use the KVM console, you need to have Java installed on your PC. The use of KVM console is free of charge. You can order KVM console from Mevspace panel.

Log in to the KVM panel.

Click the "Click to open KVM Console" button.

If your browser warns you about the download, allow it by clicking "keep".

Open the downloaded file.

Click "Run" to start it.

If all the steps have been performed correctly, this window shows up.

Click the blue floppy disk icon in the right upper corner.

A new window will appear. Click the "Connect ISO" button.

Select the ISO file. It needs to be an image of a Windows installation disk.

After successfully connecting the ISO click "Confirm Ctrl + Alt + Delete". While the machine boots up, you need to access BIOS by pressing F2.

While in the BIOS menu, go to the "Save & Exit" tab. Then select the "PepperC VirtualDisc 1 0.01" option and confirm by pressing Enter.

Wait for the Windows Installer to load.
Attention: The speed of the Windows installation process depends on your bandwidth speed.

When the installer is ready, begin Windows 10 installation. It is the same as in the case of home computers. You need to start by selecting language and regional options that suit you.

After choosing wanted options, click "Next" and after that - "Install now."

Enter your license key.

After entering the license key, select the Windows 10 version you want.
Attention: Versions available depend on your installer.

Read the license terms and, and then click "Next."

Choose custom installation.

Select the disk on which you want Windows installed. Options available depend on installed drives and whether or not they are in a RAID array.

After that wait for Windows installation to finish. After that, go through basic Windows configuration. After that, your Windows is ready to work.
All done! Your Windows is installed on your dedicated server.
